Mix almond flour, baking powder, and salt together.
Add butter and mix using pastry cutter or fork until crumbly.
whisk eggs until frothy. add them to flour mixture and combine. Batter will be thin.
Refrigerate 15-20 min.
Divide into portions. Place on well-greased muffin top pan. Bake 10-12 min until golden brown
