Suggest a better description1. Put the orange juice, 1 cup of the almonds and the sugar into a blender or food processor and whirl until the nuts are very fine. 2. Add the remaining cup of almonds and whirl again until very fine. 3. Knead together, cover with dampened cheesecloth, and store in airtight container in the refrigerator. Makes 1 1/2 pounds.
