Suggest a better descriptionSaute onion in 1 tablespoon butter and oil until translucent. Stir in chili powder. Add shrimp and saute over high heat until just firm, about 2 -3 minutes. Add lime juice and wine. Reduce liquid over high heat to a syrupy glaze. Stir in almonds. Remove from heat and stir in remaining 1 tablespoon of butter and parsley. Salt and pepper to taste.
