Combine all and mix well with wooden spoon. Pour into 9-in. pie pans that have been sprayed with non-stick vegetable spray. Sprinkle with sliced almonds. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes, until brown around edges and lightly browned in center.
Freezes well. Serve as coffee cake or dessert (top with vanilla ice cream).
