Leftover turkey stir fry
Toast almonds 350 degrees about 5 minutes
Heat wok to medium
Add butter to melt and add mushrooms and celery - stir fry 3 minutes
Add peas, pea pods, 1/2 cups chicken broth- stir fry 3 minutes
Add turkey, green onions and stir about 1 minute
Combine cornstarch, soy sauce, and 1/4 cups chicken broth
Cook to boil and thicken about 1 minute
Serve over rice and garnish with almonds
