Suggest a better descriptionCream softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg and vanilla; mix well. Stir in flour. Press mixture into bottom of buttered 13x9" baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Combine eggs, sugar and vanilla; beat until well blended. Stir in combined flour, baking powder and salt. Fold in coconut and almonds. Spread over baked layer. Bake 20 to 25 minutes longer. Cool and cut into bars.
