1. Thoroughly drain pineapples over a bowl and reserve the juice for the sauce. In a large bowl. Mix beef, pineapple, seasoning salt, bread crumbles, ketchup, onion, garlic, brown sugar and eggs.
2. Form into a loaf.
3. In small saucepan whisk together reserved pineapple juice, brown sugar, rice vinegar, ketchup, cornstarch, salt and pepper. Simmer over medium heat until sauce thicken and forms a glaze, about 5 minutes.
4. Bake for about 65 - 75 minutes. Bast with some of glaze every 20 minutes. When meatloaf done, allow to sit for 10 minutes before slicing.
