Suggest a better descriptionMake a smooth dough with wheat,little salt,water and littlr oil to coat on the kneaded dough..
Cook the potatoes.
Heat oil add cumin seeds,fry onion,ginger and green chillies.
Now add turmeric pd,mashes potatoes,keep frying for 30 sec
Add chilli pd,coriander pd,cumin pd,garam masala,very little salt..lastly add coriander leaves..
Make lemon sized balls of the dough and roll them out thin Add the stuffing in the center.
Gather the sides and bring them together.now dust it with wheat flour and roll it like a tortilla..
Heat a griddle and cook the parathas..serve it with paneer gravy or raita.
Cook the parathas in medium heat to cook it evenly
