These are amazing buns, so soft!
add yeast to warm water
in your kitchen aid add oil, sugar, and yeast
add 4 cups of flour and salt
make a nice dough that is not sticky using the dough hook
let the dough rise approximately 1 hr
then divide the dough into 12 parts and roll into buns shape
put the buns on a parchment paper lined baking sheet
let the dough rise again for about 1 hour, once risen, brush with milk and add sesame seeds if desired.
preheat the oven to 400 degrees, then turn the temperature down to 375 once you put the buns in.
bake for 10 minutes until golden brown
