Cook pasta, drain.
Make rue - melt 1 stick butter in pan, add 1/2 cup flour. Cook about 2 minutes.
Add heavy whipping cream, stirring constantly. Cook about 3 minutes.
Add cubed velveeta, stirring constantly. Cook until melted.
Add white pepper and salt to taste.
Mix pasta and cheese sauce and put in baking dish.
Crush crackers and melt butter, mix together. Top mac and cheese.
Bake 350 for 35 min or until bubbly. Enjoy.
