Meatloaf stuffed with Sweet Italian Sausage. New spin on a old fashioned favorite.
Preheat Oven to 350 degrees.
Combine Meatloaf ingredients. Then on a flat surface of plastic wrap, spread the mixture to form a 12" x 15" rectangle. Cover with peppers, cheese and olives. Place sausages end to end on one 12" end of the rectangle, then roll to encase. Remove plastic wrap. Place in shallow pan seam side down. Lay bacon crosswise over the loaf. Bake for approximately 1 hour 10 minutes or until bacon is brown. Let stand 15 minutes before slicing.
