A simple, yet rich and delicious spinach dip. Always a hit!
Cook frozen spinach per instructions.
Combine spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise, and soup mix in a bowl, stir until ingredients are well mixed.
Chill and serve.
You can use whatever bread you like, I usually have a mix of pumpernickel and sour dough. Sometime I throw in some regular french bread as well. The original recipe had the dip inside a bread bowl, which is visually appealing but I found after a few times that I ended up throwing away the soggy bread bowl.
Putting the dip in a nice serving bowl both helps it cool quicker, and lets your guests enjoy ALL the dip and bread.
This dip has never failed to please.
