White Sauce Chicken or Fish Enchilladas
Preheat oven to 350 Bake
In 1st bowl: Stir sour cream, artichokes, some cheese, sour cream OR greek yogurt, soup,and garlic.
ADD chicken or lobster
In 2nd bowl; Add 1/4 cup of milk to 1 cup of the mixture and SET ASIDE
~Use this to put on top of the enchilladas when finished~
Fill chicken mixture into tortillas and create burrito-like enchiladas. Pour remaining sauce on top and add a little cheese for browning on TOP
BAKE 450 for 45 minutes; Broil for 3-5 min. to toast cheese
