Brown hamburger with chili powder, onion, and green pepper. Add taco seasoning, the beans, tomato juice, and the tomato sauce. Simmer together for a few minutes. (Be sure to drain black beans and pinto beans before adding.) Serve over fritos. Add lettuce, and other vegetables. Pour homemade ranch over the top.
