This recipe is for what to do if someone gives you a bag of this stuff!
This bread makes 2 loaves. Do not use a metal spoon or bowl for mixing. Do not refrigerate. If air gets in the bag let it out. It's normal for the batter to thicken or bubble and ferment.

Day 10 Combine in a large bowl: batter, 1 cup flour, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup milk. Mix with wooden spoon or spatula. Pour 1 cup starter into 4 separate gallon bags (1 cup each). Keep 1 for yourself & give 3 to friends, with instructions. This will now be day 1.
Add to remainder of the batter:
Oil, vanilla, salt, 2 cups flour, baking soda, pudding mix, 1 cup sugar, eggs, cinnamon, 1/2 cup milk, & baking powder.
Pour into 2 greased & sugared loaf pans. Sprinkle cinnamon & sugar on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 55-60 minutes or until center comes clean when stuck with toothpick.
There are multiple recipes out there for different varieties of bread but the starter mix is generally the same.
