Suggest a better descriptionYou must have a starter mixture from a friend to start this bread or one that you have defrosted from the freezer.
Day 1: Do nothing to the mixture.
Day 2, 3 and 4: Stir with a wooden spoon.
Day 5: Transfer to larger container- Add 1 cup each: flour, sugar and milk. Keep covered in a container large enough to stir the mix well.
Day 6, 7, 8 and 9: Stir with a wooden spoon.
Day 10: Add 1 cup flour, sugar and milk, mix well. Pour 1 cup mixture into 3 separate containers, give two to friends ( or you can freeze these ) and keep one out to prepare.
To the mixture, add all the ingredients, mix well and pour into greased and sugared loaf pans.
Bake at 350* for 40-50 min. Cool for 10 min. and turn out of pans.
Do not use a metal spoon or bowl and do not refrigerate during the 10 days.
