Add to 5 c flour and salt. Keep adding rest of flour until not sticky.
Knead ~10 min until smooth and not sticky.
Rise 1hr 30min, or until 2x.
Divide into 2 9"x5" pans, rise and double again.
Bake @ 350°F for 30 min.
