1) Turn oven to broil and allow time to heat (I put on High)
2) Put salmon on foil-covered cookie sheet (I sprayed with Pam)
3) Drizzle melted butter over top
4) Sprinkle with pepper
5) Broil for 7 minutes
6) Mix Mayo to cheese 1:1 (Amy suggests swiss cheese, I used whatever I had)
7) Broil for an additional 1 & 1/2 minutes
8) Enjoy
