Butter a souffle dish
Cut Bread so as to fit snuggly in the souffle dish. It should be many layers in the dish, filling the dish approximately 1/2 to 2/3rds full
Butter both sides of bread
Combine rest of ingredients
Pour over bread, cover tightly
Let stand in refrigerator overnight
Place in cold over
Bake at 350 for ~40 minutes or until brown and crusty
