1. BROWNIES: Preheat oven to 325. Butter a 10" oven-proof skillet, set aside. Combine butter and chocolate in a medium sauce pan over medium heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, until melted and smooth, 3 to 5 minutes. Whisk in the brown and granulated sugar until incorporated. Set aside to cool slightly, then whisk in eggs and vanilla. Whisk in flour, chile powder, cinnamon, salt, orange zest, and pinch of cloves until smooth. Pour batter into skillet and bake until toothpick comes out clean in middle, about 35 minutes. Let cool slightly.
2. SAUCE: Combine heavy cream, butter, brown sugar, corn syrup and salt in a medium sauce pan. Cook, whisking until melted and barely simmering, about 3-5 minutes. Whisk the chocolate, cocoa powder, espresso powder and cayenne until smooth and slightly thickened. Let cool slightly.
3. Cut the brownies, top with ice cream and chocolate sauce.
