1- Cook pasta.
2- Toast pine nuts in a little oil until brown & set aside.
3- Sauté garlic in remaining olive oil until brown.
4- Add anchovies (w/oil) and stir while crushing into a paste.
5- Add spinach and toasted pine nuts.
6- Add pasta and mix.
7- Season with salt & pepper.
8- Top with cheese and serve.
