Instructions
1. Soak glass noodle in water.
2. Put 4 spoons of cooking oil into the frying pan. Then add garlic, dried chilly and chicken and fry.
3. After frying, add 1 cup of water. Then add potatoes, carrots, oyster sauce, black pepper and sugar and bring to a boil.
4. Add spring onions and onions. While it is simmering, add the glass noodles and sesame oil.
5. Turn off the heat once it comes to a boil.
