Make beschemel sauce, add some chicken stock.
Chop spices together, add to chicken beschemel sauce, add more stock.
In separate pot, chop onion and sauté in butter. Add chopped celeriac and carrots, add all of
chicken beschemel sauce, then add chopped cauliflower and leeks. Add picked cooked chicken.
Add salt and some lemon zest. Done!
