1. In a medium bowl, mix apples with lime juice and add in the celery, grapes, and walnuts.
2. In a small bowl, combine the yogurt and salad dressing and then fold in lime zest and nutmeg.
3. Spoon in the salad dressing to the apples and add as needed.
4. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour and serve over lettuce.
