In a large bowl, combine cake mix and water at low speed until moistened. Beat one minute at medium speed. Do not overbeat batter - it may be thin if you do.
Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake 12-20 minutes or until golden brown and cracks on top appear dry. Immediately remove from pan. Cool completely.
