I think this is from the Detroit Free Press.
Put olive oil and garlic in sauté pan and cook over medium heat just until garlic starts to brown. Remove the saute pan from heat and pour in the wine. Return to heat. Cook for another one to two minutes, until wine has been reduced by half. Stir in lemon juice and tomato. Remove pan from heat.
Cook pasta 30 sec to one minute. Drain pasta and put in warm serving bowl. Add basil parmesan cheese and pepper. Add tomato mixture. Toss and serve immediately.
