Cook angel hair pasta according to package directions. Before draining pasta dip a glass measuring cup into the water and set aside 1/2 cup of the cooking water. Drain and return pasta to cooking pot. Add pesto and some of the reserved cooking water a little at a time, tossing until pasta is well coated. Add tomatoes and mozzarella and toss again.
