Suggest a better description1. In mixer, beat eggs on high until light and fluffy, then add to large mixing bowl.
2. Then return to mixer and combine flour, sugar and baking powder and mix on low, gradually beat in butter and extract and mixture resembles crumbles.
3. Then add in beaten eggs to the crumble mix and dough should be stiff. If not add a little flour.
4. Roll dough into 1 inch balls. Place apart on uncreased cookie sheets. Bake 10 - 13 minutes at 350 degrees.
5. Botton of cookies will be slightly brown, tops will not be brown.
6. While cookies are cooling, make glaze using a small bowl combine glaze ingredients except sprinkles .
7. Dip each cookie in glaze, place on parchment paper and top each cookie with colored sprinkles.
