Suggest a better descriptionIn large bowl with potato masher or fork, mash beans with yogurt until almost smooth with some lumps. Stir in cilantro, bread crumbs, cumin, optional hot sauce until combined. With floured hands shape into 3" patties.
Heat 10" skillet until hot with cooking spray. Add patties and cook until lightly browned, about 3 minutes on each side.
Arrange patties on sandwich thins with lettuce in between. Add guacamole, salsa and cheese on top.
