A non-alcoholic (child-safe) cheese fondue
Combine all ingredients except bread, mix until melted. It's easiest to do this in a pan on the stove over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, then pour into fondue pot on low heat. Stir regularly after pouring in fondue pot.
Besides bread, you can dip chips, pretzels, veggies, and whatever else you like with cheese.
Long thin loaves of french bread work best, with crust on every cube piece (as opposed to thick loaves with big interiors that give nothing for fondue forks to "grab" on to). Day old bread is easier to work with as well.
