Plant Strong/Vegan breakfast
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Set out a silicone muffin tray or nonstick 12 well muffin pan.
In a large bowl, stir together pumpkin, bananas, applesauce, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla. In a sperate bowl, combine the oat flour, baking soda, and baking powder.
Combine the wet and dry ingredients together, mixing well. Spoon the batter into the muffin pan. Bake for 33 minutes. Set aside to cool for a few minutes and they should come out of the pan easily.
