Delicious for lunch or a light supper
mince garlic and saute in olive oil for three minutes. Add shrimp (peeled and deveined) and cook til done.
Place tortilla on a sheet of microwavable plastic wrap.
On a tortilla, layer mozarella cheese, turkey breast, lettuce and dressing.
Top with the shrimp.
Using the plastic wrap, roll the tortilla over the ingredients and seal tightly.
Microwave for 20 to 30 seconds.
Unwrap and enjoy.
