Simple breakfast casserole, which can be made the night before!!
Cook sausage, breaking it into small pieces and drain on a paper towel. Beat eggs, milk and salt and combine with bread cubes. Add the cheese and sausage and mix well. Add mixture to a greased 9x13 baking dish and refrigerate overnight. Bake in 350 oven for 45 minutes. Let rest for 5 minutes and serve.
Colby or swiss cheese may be substitured with great results. If available, use Jimmy Dean's "hot" sausage crumbles to avoid having to cook the sausage.
