Suggest a better descriptionBoil noodles in large stock pot 6 quart or bigger, add olive oil, and salt to the water. Then place noodles in slowly to prevent them from sticking together. Stir often. Once done, drain noodles (save 1 cup of noodle water for sauce later) under cold water while separating and placing them in the baking dish. Double layer the bottom of pan at the seams. Then one layer around the sides of the pan. In two large skillets brown sausage and hamburger meat then drain fat off in paper towel lined colander then set aside. Sauce: Large pot Add Secret sauce, noodle water, tomato sauce, paste, minced garlic, onion powder and Worcestershire sauce, then the sausage and hamburger. Stir and let simmer for at least 30 minutes. I used to wish I had 30 minutes, but now I simmer an hour or more if I am able. Taste as you go as after simmering I will add more minced garlic or onion powder or anything like parsley or basil. Once you have your bottom/side layers of noodles in baking pan use ladle to add sauce fill about an inch thick corner to corner. Then add the 2 lbs of cheeses. Then repeat double layer of noodles at seams. Press down a little once you get the layer of noodles down. I use my palms just lightly to even out. Then sauce and the rest of the cheese. Preheat oven to *450 place in oven for 30 minutes and cheese is golden brown. If serving later or next day just reheat the same way. Blake and Randall could clean the pan by 12 years old. Since we did not have much money. A whole loaf of white bread Large sheet pan, Butter bread and place on pan. Shake garlic powder over butter lightly, then bake in oven till the bread is firm like toast. I would switch pans as cooking the other items. I also made corn (cheap and filling). Add frozen corn to pan add about a 1/2cup water to bottom, then 1 tablespoon butter per cup of corn. I know he does not have to worry about cheap anymore but habit is habit. Please call if you have any questions, love you all, and Thank you so much for thinking about Blake with Randall and Madi. I know Blake would have been Madi’s biggest fan and protector. Which he is really because he is her Angel in Heaven. Love you so much, Mom I am going to go lay down for a bit.
