Suggest a better descriptionWash meat, put in roasting pan with regular olive oil. Season both sides of meat, all to taste. Bake at 325 until desired doneness. Cover pan with foil. Cut peeled potatoes into chunks, add to roast halfway through cooking, along with sliced onions and baby carrots. Bake at 325-345 for 3-4 hours.
