Build skewers using each of the remaining ingredients: mozzarella, salami, artichoke, tomatoes, olives and basil, using basil leaves at start & end of skewers.
If same day, brush dressing on skewers & serve with left over dressing for dipping.
Can be made 2 days in advance, use dressing as marinade.
