Suggest a better descriptionTo prepare dressing: Put garlic, honey, vinegar, salt & pepper in blender and pulse. Slowly add olive oil to emulsify.
Cook tortellini according to package directions, in salted water.
Drain tortellini well and add while warm to dressing.
Chill about 2 hours.
Put skewer together by sliding on a piece of tortellini. Fold piece of salami in 1/2 then in 1/2 again, slide on skewer. Add olive last.
Put skewers on a platter and sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley.
Serve
