1. Cook cauliflower in liquid from beans and mushrooms until almost tender. Drain the rest.
2. Add peppers, beans, mushrooms, olives and onions. Cook 10 minutes.
3. Add the rest of the ingredients. Cook 20 minutes.
4. Pour into hot sterile jars. Process about 15 minutes in hot bath.
