Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix all flours and cheese together ina food processor or by hand, mix well. Add softened butter and milk, mix well. Poll out on a surgace to 1/4-1/2 inch thickness. Cut into shapes. Place on greased baking surface. Bake 15-29 minutes or until golden brown. Cool and store in refrigerator.
