Put fresh or canned fruit (keep syrup if canned) into casserole dish. Mix together sugar, flour, and cinnamon in a seperate mixing bowl. Beat in milk, melted butter, and vanilla. Pour over fruit into casserole dish. Start baking at 300 for 1 hour. 20 minutes into cooking mix together 3 tablespoons of sugar and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and sprinkle over top.
