Thaw the frozen puff pastry, and cut squares out with a pizza cutter.
Gently press the puff pastry pieces into the cavities of a mini muffin tin. Fill with brie and strawberry jam. Then fold the puff pastry over the cheese slightly and pinch a closure.
Bake at 350?F degrees for 15 minutes, or until the puff pastry is golden brown on the edges.
