Sautéed the minced garlic (in the microwave) in 1 tablespoon olive oil for 1 min.
In a bowl, mix the crab, cream cheese and garlic together. Pour some hot tap water on a plate. Grab one rice paper wrapper and soak in the water on the plate for 5-10seconds. Layout the wrapper (on a plastic board or plastic plate to help with non-stick) and spoon some of the mix onto the wrapper. Roll up and fold the sides in and then roll up. Repeat until you have used up all the mix (about 12 wrappers). Put the finished wraps in the refrigerator for 30min. Brush the spring rolls with a little oil and place about 6 wraps in the basket of the Air Fryer and bake at 200C or 375F for about 8 minutes. You’ll do 2 batches, 2 times, so 16 minutes for each wrap.
Serve with sweet and sour sauce.
