Suggest a better descriptionCut each string cheese in half. Place the flour in a bowl, whisk the eggs and milk together in a second bowl. In a third bowl, place the bread crumbs mixed with parsley.
One by one, roll the mozzarella in the flour, then dunk them in the egg/milk bowl, then roll them in the bread crumbs. Place on a baking sheet. Freeze for 30 min.
Deep fry for 2min on high. Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve with spaghetti sauce.
