1- In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients.
2- Drizzle a pan with oil and cook the crepes on medium heat for about 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until golden.
1- In a pan, melt the butter than add the chopped apples.
2- Cook for about 5 minutes stiring constantly before adding the cheese.
3- When the cheese is cooked, remove from heat and put the filling in the crepes with the applesauce.
