Thinly slice limes.
Place in boiler with water.
Place boiler in fridge over night
Place boiler on stove.
Bring to the boil.
Add Apple juice, apples, nutmeg, cinnamon and cloves.
Simmer 1 hour or until lime rind is smooshy.
Allow to cool.
Poor into holding bowl.
** Measure 6 cups of fruit into boiler and add 6 cups of sugar.
Stir over high heat until sugar dissolves .
Allow to rolling boil for 15 minutes or until correct consistency**
Repeat **-** for remaining fruit always adding 1 cup of sugar/1 cup of fruit.
Bottle and bath.
