Suggest a better descriptionPlace pork tenderloin in a gallon-sized freezer bag. In a medium bowl mix appplesauce, BBQ sauce and onion. Add to bag. Zip bag closed and freeze. When ready to use thaw in fridge overnight. Empty contents into crock pot and cook on low 6-8 hours or high 3-4 hours. Serve over rice or pasta.
