No need to heat up your oven- this may easily become your favorite way to make bread!
In a small bowl, mix flour, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. In a medium bowl, beat egg and egg white; add sugar and oil and beat until well blended. Stir in vanilla and the flour mixture. The batter will be thick. Toss the Apple and the walnuts in the mix and give it a good stir. Now you're ready to waffle it.
Preheat your waffle iron and coat lightly with oil.
Pour some batter into the hot iron, close the lid, and bake until done, usually about four minutes, depending on the waffle iron.
Drizzle with a little melted butter and this bread will simply melt in your mouth.
