* Or 1 Tbsp Egg Replacer -- Mixed With 1/4 C + 2 Tbsp Water In a large bowl, combine flour, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder and salt. In a med bowl, combine applesauce, corn syrup sugar, egg whites or egg replacer, vanilla and apples; stir into flour mixture. Divide mixture between two 8 x 4" bread pans that have been sprayed with nonstick spray. Bake at 350F for 40 - 45 min or until bread tests done. Cool for 10 min on wire racks before removing from pans. Prep Time: 20 min Baking Time: 45 min Serves: 2 loaves - about 24 slices This is excellent!!
