Preheat oven to 350
Prepare a bread loaf pan with non stick spray
In small mixing bowl, whisk together the brown sugar and cinnamon, set aside
In mixer bowl, cream 2/3 cup sugar and butter until light and fluffy
Beat in the eggs and vanilla until combined
In another small mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and baking powder
Add to wet mixture and stir until combined
Add milk and mix only until smooth.
Pour half the batter into loaf pan
Combine apple filling ingredients and spread over the batter
Top with reminder of batter
Top with Brown Sugar and Cinnamon
Bake at 350 for one hour, usually a little more
Combine glaze ingredients and drizzle over COOLED bread
