Suggest a better description1. Prepare the cake pan. ( Grease with butter, line with parchment paper)
2. Prepare two types of apple. Use vegetable cutter to slice the apples. First cut them in half then slice.
3. Mix the apples with lemon juice.
4. Preheat the oven at 180°c .
5. Beat butter, sugar, vanilla. Mix well.
6. Add one egg at a time. Beat again.
7. Fold in flour mixture in two batches.
8. Add chopped apples and raisin.
9. Transfer the batter into the cake pan.
10. Put the thin sliced apples on top in a floral design.
11. Bake at 180°c for 1 hour (or until the toothpick test passed).
12. Once done, apply sugar syrup on top.
